On February 26th, be amazed by the phenomenal talent and story of Christopher Wayne.
He made it Snow over Brisbane on the Lord Mayors Christmas Carols.
He escaped from a straight jacket, hanging upside down from a crane over 15,000 people.
He became the first ever Australian Magician to secure his own TV series.
6 years ago, Brisbane based Christopher Wayne was working as a factory hand at Arnotts Biscuits. Today he is one of Australia’s leading entertainers.
He has worked his magic alongside some of the worlds biggest celebrities including Gordon Ramsay, Pink, and comedy legend Jerry Lewis, and is the first magician in Australian TV History to have his own TV show, “More Than Magic” which will screen this year.
“Magic is not about tricking or fooling people. I love using what I do to put a smile on peoples faces, but most importantly, I hope that as long as Im performing – that I am using what I do to share a message of importance.” – Christopher Wayne

Hope City Church appreciates the great work of the Queensland Police force in tirelessly serving our community.
On a randomly selected day each week we give a free coffee to any Police Officer who visits one of three coffee shops in Brisbane and Toowoomba.
On that day we also encourage our staff and church to pray for the police force, their families and their safety. This, and the free coffee, is our small way of saying thank you.
